I'm an international turnaround expert with a proven track record as a CEO, CFO, Operating Partner, and Consultant, specializing in fixing broken companies and navigating complex situations—particularly with private equity-backed businesses facing challenges or declining performance.

I have experience in distribution, consumer products, industrial goods, travel, media, agricultural and construction industries.

I presently hold the position of Senior Operating Advisor and serve as an Interim CEO and CFO for portfolio companies under Sun Capital Partners ownership. Prior to this role, I served as a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and held the position of Director at AlixPartners.

I earned an MBA from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Deusto. Additionally, I have undergone executive education programs at Harvard, Wharton, and London Business School.

I frequently deliver lectures on turnaround and restructuring at top-tier universities and business schools.
